Tadalafil is mainly metabolized by CYP3A4 to a catechol metabolite. Peak plasma concentration of Tadalafil is between 30 minutes and 6 hours. Tadalafil is excreted mainly in the feces (61% approximately) and approximately 36% excreted by urine.

SIDE EFFECTS OF TADALAFIL: Most common side effect of Tadalafil is headache, stomach upset, back pain, muscle pain, stuffy nose, flushing, or dizziness. In rare case patient may feel hearing problem or vision problem.
